The Peaceful Retreat B&B
From Carmarthen
Follow the A40 towards Fishguard and St Clears for approximately 8 miles until you reach a roundabout at St Clears.
Take the second exit onto the A40 for Fishguard and Haverfordwest.
Continue on this road for approximately 8 miles.
At Llanddewi Velfrey go past the petrol station on your left then take the next right. It is signposted for Llanfallteg and is just before the
public house called Parc Y Lan.
After 2 miles you will reach the village of Llanfallteg.
Proceed through the village passing a pub on your left and a
telephone kiosk on your right.
As you begin to go up the hill out of the village there is an old farmhouse on the left which is immediately after a row of large bungalows.
Turn right opposite this farmhouse.
This turning is signposted for Whitland.
After approximately 100 yards and before the first bend take the very first farm lane on the right. Our signpost is on the bank at the entrance
to this lane. Then take the right hand fork to arrive at
Bwlchmelyn…..the peaceful retreat!
From Cardigan
Follow the A478 towards Narberth and Tenby. About a mile after Clunderwen you will reach Penblewin Roundabout. Turn left here onto the
A40 towards St. Clears.
After approximately 1 mile you will reach Llanddewi Velfrey. Immediately after a public house called Parc Y Lan, turn left.
From here follow the directions above in red.
